Note (General): 航空機用及び汎用材料として使用されている4 種類のアルミニウム合金(A2024-T3clad, A7075-T6clad, A5052 及びA6061) について、引張り強さ、縦弾性係数及び2％耐力のひずみ速度の違いによる変化を検証するため、航空機の衝突時に発生するひずみ速度100 s(exp-1) から1000 s(exp-1) 近くまでインストロン社製の油圧サーボ式高速衝撃試験機を用いて試験を実施した。試験より取得したひずみ速度100 s(exp-1) から1000 s(exp-1) 近くまでの応力及びひずみの基礎データから各ひずみ速度に対応した引張り強さ、縦弾性係数、2％耐力について求め、基本データベースとして纏めた。また静強度試験と各ひずみ速度での真の応力ひずみ線図についても比較し、基本データベースとした。
High velocity tensile strain rate properties of four different kinds of aluminum alloys (A2024-T3clad, A7075-T6clad, A5052 and A6061) for aircraft structures are evaluated by using high rate servo-hydraulic machine at strain rates from 100 s(exp-1) to nearly 1000 s(exp-1). In this paper, tensile strength, yield strength, Young's modulus and 0.2% proof stress of aluminum alloys on various strain rates are reported. The experimental results for true stress strain diagrams on various strain rates are also compared.
