• Note (General): 宇宙航空研究開発機構1m×1m超音速風洞の，模型支持装置を含む下流部を代替改修した．新しい模型支持装置は，フランジ締結スティング，自動ロール機構，配線や配管経路を含む充分な計測センサスペース等，新たな特長を備える．移動部のリニアガイド採用，計測信号への電磁ノイズ対策を施した電動駆動装置，独立した最終軸センサにより，模型位置や姿勢角の制御/計測精度だけでなく，運転上の安全性も大幅に向上した．さらに，ピッチ角、ロール角、模型高さの3軸独立制御により，横滑り角一定の迎角復スイープ等，様々な試験が可能となっている．これらは，機構側の事前調査や検討，動作指定方法の提案，さらに予備風洞試験を含む製作請負者との共同作業により達成された．機能性能を検証する試験結果により，データ精度や生産性の向上を示すと共に，開発風洞試験の新たな基準を示す．; The downstream part of the JAXA 1m by 1m supersonic wind tunnel was upgraded including the model support system. The new model support has new features such as a flange type sting, an automatic rolling motion and enough spaces for sensors with wiring and piping ducts. Not only the accuracies of attitude and position of the model but also operation safety were largely improved by linear guides, electric power drives with instrumentation noise suppressions, and independent final instrumentations. Moreover, an independent control of pitch, roll angle and height serves us various tests such as multi sweeps of angle of attack combined with constant sideslip angles. These features were attained by JAXA's previous survey and considerations, proposals such as operation data tables, as well as cooperation with the manufacturer including preliminary wind tunnel tests.
