Note (General): 宇宙環境では、急激な骨塩量低下に伴う尿中カルシウム排泄増加により尿路結石形成のリスクが増大すると考えられている。しかし微小重力環境モデルとして長期臥床が実際に尿路結石を誘発せしめるのかについて結石専門医を交えた研究が行われたことはない。本研究はヒトを対象とした90日間6度ヘッドダウンティルトベッドレストを実施し、尿成分の評価および結石形成を判定するとともに、骨塩量減少対策として期待されている抵抗トレーニングおよびビスフォスフォネート投与が結石形成に及ぼす影響につき検証した。
