Note (General): The cause of a spacecraft check valve cracking pressure failure in a spacecraft SFT (System Firing Test) model was found deformation of the valve poppet by the failure analysis. This test was performed for investigation the cause of the deformation. The result of this test shows that the failure can occur under a MEOP (Maximum Expected Operating Pressure) back pressure condition.
