衛星情報ベース(SIB)は、科学衛星の設計情報を登録した宇宙研独自のデータベース方式であり、汎用衛星試験運用ソフトウェア(GSTOS)は、将来の衛星の地上試験及び飛行運用フェーズの両方で使用できる汎用ソフトウェアである。将来打上げ予定の3つの科学衛星(BepiMMO,ASTRO-H,SPRINT-A)での利用をターゲットとした開発を進めており、第１期分として、リアルタイム管制に必要なコマンド発行SWとテレメトリ監視SWを、2010年11-12月実施のシステム統合試験の後、2011年2月からのMMO試験から使用開始する予定である。並行して、第2期分として、オフライン運用に必要なコマンド計画検証SWとテレメトリ診断SWの設計を進めている。
