• Note (General): 2m×2m遷音速風洞で空力弾性風洞試験を行うため、フラッタを緊急に停止する装置を開発、設計および製作し、半截模型用カートに設置した。この装置は、遷音速フラッタを有効に停止させることが判明したので、装置の概要、試験および結果について報告する。; This paper describes the experimental results on the effectiveness of a flutter emergency stopper for the NAL 2 m x 2 m Transonic Wind Tunnel. The stopper consists of a rising porous plate on the lower wall of the half model cart and an actuator using an air cylinder. Two rising plates were used for evaluation of the stopper.
