• Note (General): 外乱を除くため能動制振システムを考案し、MU-300型航空機に搭載して、地上では実現不可能な6自由度機能・性能試験を行った。制振システムの主要部分はボイスコイル型電磁サスペンションで、無重力空間に浮遊する実験装置がラックに接触しないように位置制御する。この装置は、基本的には宇宙環境を想定した10(exp -4)?10(exp -3)G程度の外乱を想定するが、航空機では10(exp -2)Gと1桁大きいのでこのための機能を特別に付加した。実施した実験項目は、(1)浮遊機能評価、(2)振動遮断性能評価および(3)加速度フィードバック/相対変位フィードバック制御性能比較である。その結果、6自由度能動制振システムは、各軸間で相互干渉を起こすことなく独立に制御できた。このシステムを用いることにより、航空機の振動外乱を15?18秒間にわたり1/10?1/100以下に改善できた。制御性能は理論計算通り、加速度フィードバック制御の方が優れた振動遮断効果を示した。; In order to eliminate these turbulences, an active damping system was assembled in trial. The system was loaded on MU-300 aircraft and tested for the performance in six degree of freedom. Main part of this apparatus consists of a voice coil type electromagnetic suspension and the floating test vessel is kept free from contact with racks. The performance of this system was designed fundamentally assuming about 10(exp -4)-10(exp -3) g disturbance as space environment. Because the disturbance by aircraft is supposed at the order of 10(exp -2) g, a special attachment was added. Performed experimental subjects were as follows: (1) evaluation of floating function; (2) evaluation of isolation performance for vibration; and (3) comparison evaluation of control performance of acceleration feedback/relative displacement feedback system. As a result, this active damping system of six degree of freedom could be controlled independently without interferential hindrance between each axis. The vibration disturbance of the aircraft with this system was improved into level of 1/10 - 1/100 comparing to the original apparatus. Its duration was 15 - 18 s.
