Note (General): 本研究では、物理現象シミュレーションソフトウェア・対流-凝固複合過程解析プログラムを実験により検証した。溶融したサクシノニトリルの一端を低温にし、凝固過程をビデオカメラで観測した。計8回の計測で、輸送熱量、液中温度初期不均一性の影響、冷却温度オーバーシュートの影響についてデータを採取した。解析の結果、最大10%の誤差の範囲内で、実験結果とシミュレーションの結果は一致することが明らかになった。
In this study, one of simulation software of physical phenomena, convection/solidification complex process program was experimentally confirmed. One side of melted succinonitrile in a container was cooled and the solidification process was observed by using a video camera. Quantity of transferred heat, effects of unevenness of initial temperature, and overshoot of cooling temperature etc. were studied through eight experiments. Results of experiment and simulation agreed within error of 10 percent.
