• Note (General): MU-300型航空機上での重力低減条件において、二相流体式排熱システムに用いられる流量制御法の研究を行った。蒸発器は2連グルーブ管式とステンジャ型の2種類で、下記3種類の制御方式を試験するために試作したものである。(1)蒸発器の出口端でのクオリティ制御を行う。(2)蒸発器表面(熱源の直下)と蒸気の間の温度差を制御する。(3)蒸発器中の蒸気と液体間の圧力差を制御する。制御方式の評価は、蒸発器中の余剰液の挙動および並列運転中の蒸発器の熱的性能によって行った。この目的のため、蒸発器にはすべて、蒸発表面の流動様式の観測用窓を取り付ける。これらの方式はすべて、軌道上操作で有効に使用できることを示したが、制御方式とハードウェア構成が簡略になるという点で(3)型を推奨する。; Flow rate control methods for a two-phase fluid loop thermal control system, are studied under reduced gravity condition aboard MU-300 aircraft. Two types of evaporators, grooved double pipes and mesh wick pipes, are fabricated to examine the following three types of control logic: (1) one which controls quality at an outlet of an evaporator; (2) one which controls difference in temperature between evaporator surface (just below heat sources) and vapor; and (3) one which controls difference in pressure between vapor and liquid in an evaporator. Evaluation of control logic is made through the behavior of excess liquid in the evaporators and the thermal performances of the evaporators under parallel operation. For this purpose every evaporator is equipped with the windows for flow pattern observation of evaporative surfaces. Although all of the logic exhibited potential for an in-orbit operation, the type (3) is recommended because of the simplicity of both control logic and hardware configuration.; 資料番号: AA0000788002; レポート番号: NASDA-TMR-960026
