• Note (General): 日本宇宙ステーション実験モジュール(JEM)に搭載する細胞培養装置開発の設計基礎データを得るため、液体の取り扱い法をパラボリックフライト中でテストした。培地にシミュレートした液体を一つの多孔性膜で2室に分割した細胞培養チャンバの中へ注入、または中から抽出する。結果として、1室が1個の注入/抽出孔を持ち、もう1室が2個の注入/抽出孔を持つとき、微小重力条件のもとで、気液界面を安定に維持し得た。このことから、チャンバ内の空気を液体と置き換えること、またはその逆が可能であり、培養液の交換その他の手順を容易かつ簡便に行うことができる。; The handling of fluids was tested during parabolic flights, to obtain basic designing data for the development of the Cell Culture Facility for the Japanese Experiment Module (JEM). Fluids simulating culture media were injected into or drawn from cell culture chambers which were partitioned into two rooms by one porous filter. The results showed that the air/liquid interface could remain undisturbed under the microgravity condition, when one room has one injection/collection port and another has two injection/collection port. This suggests that the air inside the chamber can be replaced by the fluid or vice versa, permitting medium exchange and other handling procedures become easier and simpler.; 資料番号: AA0000789005; レポート番号: NASDA-TMR-960027
