Note (General): 小型自動着陸実験機(ALFLEX)の実時間飛行経路監視に使用するために現有トラッキング・レーダの改修を行い、操作性の向上、データ伝送機能の追加をした。改修後の機能・性能、および交換・追加した装置の正常動作を飛行試験により確認した。一般に航空機の飛行経路を計測する場合、トラッキング・レーダの絶対位置較正を行う必要があるが、DGPS(ディファレンシャルGPS)測位を利用した飛行試験における較正を行った結果、比較的容易に精密な較正データが得られた。較正データのうちバイアス分はレーダ装置に入力され、実時間計測に反映される。
An existing radar was improved for use as a real-time flight path monitor for Automatic Landing Flight Experiment (ALFLEX). The operational difficulty of the tracking radar was decreased and a data transfer function was added. Its function and performance were confirmed by flight testing, and the devices that were exchanged or added worked normally. Absolute position correction of the tracking radar was required to measure the flight path of an aircraft. Calibration data using DGPS (Differential GPS) positioning during flight testing were gathered easily and precisely. The bias component of calibration data is installed in the radar device and real-time positioning data were corrected.
