• Note (General): この研究の目的は、熱可塑性樹脂複合材料の疲労特性を評価することである。そこで、炭素繊維/熱可塑性樹脂複合材料(AS-4/PEEK(ポリエーテル・エーテル・ケトン)、APC-2)を供試材とし、総数146本の円孔切欠き試験片を用い、静的引張り・圧縮強度、応力比R=0およびR=-1におけるS-N(公称繰り返し最大応力-繰り返し数)関係、寿命分布、疲労損傷の進行、残存強度などをしらべる試験を実施した。特に疲労寿命試験については、N=10(exp 7)サイクルまでの長い寿命域の疲労寿命データの取得を目的とした。本報では、得られたデータについて、解析ならびに評価を行った結果を報告する。; The objective of this study is to investigate the fatigue properties of thermo-plastic composite specimens. Tested specimens were centrally circular-hole-notched and made of a carbon/thermo-plastic composite (AS-4/PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone), APC-2) material. The mechanical properties investigated were static tensile and compressive strengths, S-N (nominal repeated maximum Stress-Number of repetitions) relationships for stress ratios R = 0 and R = -1, fatigue life distributions, fatigue damage growth, and residual static strength after fatigue tests. Especially, fatigue life data of the long life range by the 10(exp 7) cycles were collected in the fatigue life test. The results were analyzed and discussed.; 資料番号: AA0001071000; レポート番号: NAL TR-1319
