• Note (General): 推力1,200N級の再生冷却式エンジンの燃焼器ノズルスロート部周辺の熱負荷に対処するために、30mmディスク形状のZrO2/Ni系傾斜機能材料および無傾斜機能材料を設計・製作した。また、製作した試料は遮熱コーティングの内部熱応力を緩和させるため、試料表面をレーザ改質し、NTO(4酸化2窒素)/MMH(モノメチルヒドラジン)燃焼加熱場において評価試験に供した。また、レーザ改質による縦割れをモデル化し有限要素法による熱応力解析を行って、レーザ改質の効果について検討した。; An evaluation test of laser cracking specimens applied to ZrO2/Ni Functionally Graded Materials (FGM) and non-FGM is described. In this test, 30-mm disk specimens of these materials were exposed to the combustion gas of Nitrogen Tetraoxide (NTO) and Monomethyl Hydrazine (MMH) propellant. Delamination and vertical crack formation of the ZrO2 thermal barrier coating were observed during the heating test. It was found that the laser cracking method seemed to be effective at preventing delamination in the coating layer of the test specimens. The crack and the delamination formation mechanisms for ZrO2/Ni FGM test specimens are also discussed with a thermal stress analysis by using a finite element method.; 資料番号: AA0001263000; レポート番号: NAL TR-1339
