• Note (General): 本研究の目的は、無人で、疲労き裂進展データを収集するためのコンプライアンス法を用いた自動計測システムを評価することである。この自動計測システムは、市販のクリップゲージと疲労き裂の計測・収集ソフトウエアの組合わせで構成する。このシステムを用いて、7150-T651アルミニウム合金厚板コンパクト・テンション(CT: Compact Tension)タイプ試験片における疲労き裂進展を計測した。なお、一定荷重振幅の疲労試験は温度・湿度を一定に保持した環境下で実行した。この自動計測システムによる測定値の妥当性を確認するため、同時にCCD(Charge Coupled Device)顕微鏡により観察したき裂進展をビデオ画像に記録し、試験後に解析した。両方の計測方法による結果を比較して、以下の結論が得られた。自動計測システムによるき裂進展データはビデオ画像解析結果と良い一致を示した。このため、本システムは疲労き裂進展の無人計測に有効であることが明らかになった。; The objective of this study is to evaluate an automatic measurement system using a compliance method for analysis of fatigue crack propagation. This automatic measurement system consists of a combination of a clip-gage sensor and fatigue data acquisition software on the market. This system was used to measure fatigue crack propagation in 7150-T651 aluminum alloy specimens of a CT (Compact Tension) type. Fatigue tests of constant amplitude loading were carried out under the environment of constant temperature and humidity. At the same time, crack propagation observation by a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) microscope was video-recorded and analyzed later in order to confirm the accuracy of the crack length measured by this system. Comparison of crack propagation obtained by both methods indicated that the results of this automatic measurement system showed good agreement with those obtained from analysis of the recorded video images.
