Note (General): 航空機などのモデルの進入・着陸飛行を風洞内で模擬する風洞試験技術の開発を目指し、第一着手として既存の装置類を利用する予備的な試用システムを構成した。追加した主要なものは軽量の風洞試験模型と着陸シミュレーション・プログラムである。本システムの制約の中で機能試験および動作試験を行った結果を報告した。また、試験結果に基づいて風洞内着陸模擬システムの実用化を進める上での改善点を示した。
A preliminary system to investigate the approach and landing of model aircraft in a wind tunnel was constructed. The system used the existing robot sting support and robot control apparatus. Aerodynamic forces and moments on model aircraft were measured with a balance on the robot sting support and processed with the existing data processor. A new program named 'LandSim', which performs flight simulation calculations was written and installed in a personal computer. The functions and behavior of each apparatus and the overall system were tested. Items requiring improvement were identified to allow practical use of this kind of system.
