• Note (General): 空気加熱器から大型極超音速風洞の遮断弁まで、高温高圧の空気を輸送する全長約10mの高温高圧配管の断熱性能を改善するため、金属箔多層巻き構造、金属被覆セラミック繊維を用いた新たな断熱構造の設計を行った。両設計の断熱性能を評価するため、実験値を取り入れた熱主体の軸対称2次元計算による解析を行った。最大澱み圧で1日5ラン通風を行った場合の各部温度、澱み点圧力が低い場合の気流温度、さらに配管伸びを抑えるための外筒の強制水冷の影響についても検討を行った。外筒に水冷蛇管を施した金属被覆セラミック繊維断熱構造による高温高圧配管の改修を行い、必要な性能を得ることに成功した。; This study attempted to improve the hot duct connecting the air heater to the hot shutoff valve of the large hypersonic wind tunnel with two newly designed thermal insulation systems. The performance of the thermal insulation system of ceramic fibers covered with stainless steel plates and the other of heat resistant foil layers was assessed by axisymmetric two dimensional heat calculations with conduction coefficients obtained experimentally. Temperatures at each part were examined when the tunnel was operated at maximum total pressure most frequently, five times per day. Obtained total temperatures at minimum total pressure, and effects of a water cooled outer pipe were also discussed. The improved hot duct with the ceramic fiber covered with the stainless steel plates and water cooled outer pipe delivered the necessary performance.; 資料番号: AA0001659000; レポート番号: NAL TM-733
