Note (General): 実際の空力設計に適用することを前提として複雑形状まわりの流れを高精度に解析することが可能なCFD(計算流体力学)コードを開発した。複雑形状まわりの計算格子を簡易に生成し、また境界層などの解像度が高精度な複合格子法を用いた。ブロック格子間の接合情報や境界条件を「窓」という概念を用いて一般的に表した。並列計算機上での使用を考えCFDコードはメッセージパッシング・ライブラリを用いて並列化されている。複合格子法およびメッセージパッシング・ライブラリを用いた並列化を行うことでより柔軟な解析が可能となった。
On the premise that it is applicable to actual aerodynamic design, a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) code is developed to analyze a flow around complex configurations with high accuracy. Multiblock type structured grid system is used as it is able to generate computational grid around complex configurations easily and it has high resolution in boundary layers. A concept 'window' is introduced in order to represent block connection or boundary conditions in general. The CFD code is also parallelized by message passing library; PVM (Parallel Virtual Machine) and MPI (Message Passing Interface). The developed CFD code can be applied more effectively by using the multiblock grid system and the parallelization by message passing library.
