• Note (General): 標記帯域炉の要素試作試験(その1)で実施した高温加熱機構および非接触測定、ならびに同(その2)で実施した温度勾配可変機構および可変電力型電源の成果について述べた。(1)高温加熱機構:帯域炉の熱源である500および1500W級のハロゲンランプを設計試作し、集光反射鏡を用いて高温加熱機構の試験を行った。設計要求を示し、反射鏡形状、ハロゲンランプ形状とその長寿命化などの設計解析を実施した。また、要素試作試験として、試作の目的と計画、評価項目を示し、温度測定、寿命試験、電流変化ならびに外観検査の結果を紹介して、考察を加えた。(2)非接触温度測定:帯域炉で加熱している試料の温度を試料から発する赤外線を非接触で検出する方式について検討し、T字型炉芯管を試作試験して、その実現性を評価した。設計要求を示し、設計検討を行った。また、要素試作試験として、その目的、評価項目、試作計画を示し、アルミナ(AL2O3)、イットリウムオルソフェライトおよびガラスに対する試験結果を紹介して考察を加えた。(3)温度勾配可変機構:縦型ハロゲンランプとヒートリザーバを試作し、集光反射鏡を用いて温度勾配可変機構の試験を実施した。設計要求を示し、照射光分布および熱伝導解析を基に設計検討を行うとともに、要素試作試験についても述べた。(4)可変電力型電源:帯域炉ランプ用電源として、500および1,500Wハロゲンランプ点灯用可変電力型電源を試作し、試験した。設計要求を示し、ランプの電圧−電流特性と電力制御方式について検討した。また、要素試作試験を実施し、一般電気性能、温度特性、EMC(電磁適合性)特性、加熱温度安定性などに関する試験結果を報告した。; The experimental results on high temperature heating mechanism and noncontact measurement, and temperature gradient variable mechanism and variable power type power source are described which was performed in prototype component manufacturing and test of above Zone Melting Furnace (ZMF) (part 1) and performed in (part 2) respectively. On high temperature heating mechanism, after designing and trial manufacturing 500 and 1,500 W class halogen lamp as heat source of ZMF, the high temperature heating mechanism was tested by means of condenser reflection mirror. Design requirements are presented and design analysis of reflection mirror shape, halogen lamp shape and extension of their service life were performed. As prototype manufacture and tests of a component, purpose and plans of manufacturing and evaluation items are presented, and results of temperature measurement, service life test, current variation and inspection of aspect are introduced and considered. On noncontact temperature measurement, noncontact measuring system of sample temperature heated in ZMF is investigated which detects infrared radiation emitted from sample. T shape furnace core tubes were manufactured as a trial and performance tests were conducted, and its feasibility was evaluated. Design reqirements are presented and design was considered. On trial manufacture and test of a component, its purpose, evaluation items, trial manufacturing schedule are described and the test results for alumina (Al2O3), yttrium ortho-ferrite and glass are presented and considered. On temperature gradient variable mechanism, longitudinal type halogen lamp and heat reservoir were manufactured as a trial and tests of temperature gradient variable mechanism was performed by using condenser reflection mirror. Design requirements were presented and design considerations were performed based on irradiation light distribution and heat conduction analysis, and trail manufacture and tests of a component are also described. On variable power type power source, as power source for ZMF lamp, variable power type power source for use in lighting of 500 and 1500 W class halogen lamp was manufactured as a trial and tested. Design requirements are presented, and voltage-current characteristics and power control system of lamp were examined. Also, trial manufacture and tests of a component were performed, and test results were reported on general electric performance, temperature characteristics, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) characteristics, heating temperature stability and so on.; 資料番号: AA0003991000; レポート番号: NASDA-CNT-940054
