Note (General): 耐熱複合材料を構造材料として超高温環境下で使用する場合、その耐熱複合材料の高温材料特性が問題となる。本報告では、大気中での高温引張破壊強度を求めるための高温引張試験装置の試作について述べる。本装置では、高温下の試験片の伸びを計測するため、試験片に取付けたターゲットを炉外に張り出し、簡便なレーザ変位計を用いて測定することを試みた。本装置を用いて、耐熱複合材料であるSiC/LASおよびSiC/SiC複合材料の大気中での高温引張予備試験を行い、試験片の伸びと引張破壊強度などのデータを計測し、本試験装置の実用性を検討した。
In the application of heat resistant composites to structural members in the high temperature atmosphere, it is very important to evaluate their mechanical behavior in high temperature atmospheres. This papers described a high temperature test system to evaluate high temperature elongation and tensile strength of heat resistant composites in the air. The preliminary strength tests of two composite materials, SiC (Silicon Carbide)/LAS (Lithium AluminoSilicate) and SiC/SiC were conducted from room temperature to 1300 C in the air using a displacement measuring system with two pairs of simple laser sensors.
