Note (General): 航技研(NAL)遷音速風洞の全機模型支持装置は、超音速(約1.4M)において、厳しい振動を起こす。この原因を見出すために支持装置模型を用いてその表面の静圧分布を測定した。この支持装置模型は、全機模型支持装置を模擬して作られこれを基準形態として他に2つの形態で、半截模型測定部において全機模型測定部の支持装置と同じ位置に取付けられ、試験された。また、側壁開度の影響を調べる試験も行われた。その結果、M∞=1.3を越えると、ストラット表面に非定常な流れを生じ、圧力分布上に不規則な変化が表われ、また、側壁開度を増すと、支持装置模型および側壁上の流れが大幅に減速された。
To identify the source of severe aerodynamical vibration encountered with the complete airplane model support system of the NAL 2m x 2m Transonic Wind Tunnel at higher supersonic Mach numbers, static pressure distributions were measured on the surface of the model strut and the sidewall. The model strut is installed in the Semispan model Test Section which originally has a free space at the portion corresponding to the model support system position in the complete airplane model Test Section. Three model strut configurations were tested, and the effects of the sidewall streamwise divergence were observed by the divergence angle from the standard one sixth deg to one quarter deg and one third deg.
