- 出版タイプ: NA20-21 May 1999 (62nd). 25-26 Nov. 1999 (63rd)近年NAL大型低速風洞においては、宇宙往還機模型を供試体とした風洞試験が多くなってきている。その中で、ストラット、スティングの2種類の支持方法による空気力データを取得したところ、スティング支持の空気力データに比べてストラット支持の空気力データがピッチングモーメントに大きく出ることが判った。これはストラット支持干渉によるものである。このことを風洞側独自の課題としてNAL大型低速風洞のストラット支持による風試データの補正量を明らかにする目的で、宇宙往還機模型をNASDA(宇宙開発事業団)より借用して、宇宙往還機模型のストラット支持干渉測定試験を実施した。その結果、V=40m/s、β=0度、αスイープのストラット支持干渉量ΔC(sub mS)、ΔC(sub YS)、ΔC(sub IS)はそれ自身の空力係数の約10%程度の範囲の干渉量で、補正する必要があることが判った。また、ΔC(sub LS)、ΔC(sub DS)、ΔC(sub nS)の値は天秤精度以下またはそれ自身の空力係数が微小であるので補正することが困難であることが判った。また、得られた実験データをパネル法で求めたストラット支持干渉量と比較した結果、実験で測定したストラット支持干渉量に対して、パネル法で求めたストラット支持干渉量の値は一致しなかった。In recent years, wind tunnel tests for orbiting plane models have been carried out more frequently at the NAL large-scale low-speed wind tunnel. Among these tests, aerodynamic force data were obtained by means of two kinds of supporting methods, strut and sting supports, and it was found that the pitching moment of the aerodynamic force data was larger for the strut support than for the sting support. This was due to the strut support interference. In order to elucidate the correction values for the wind tunnel data by the strut support at the NAL large-scale low-speed wind tunnel, a wind tunnel test for the strut support interference of an orbiting plane model was conducted using the orbiting plane model borrowed from NASDA (National Space Development Agency of Japan). Here the interference was considered to be the problem of the wind tunnel itself. As the results, the interference values of the strut support, Delta C(sub mS), Delta C(sub YS), Delta C(sub IS), for V = 40 m/s, beta = 0 deg, and the alpha sweep were found to be about ten percent of its aerodynamic coefficients and must be corrected. Also, it was found that the values of Delta C(sub LS), Delta C(sub DS), and Delta C(sub nS) were difficult to be corrected because they were smaller than the accuracy of the balance to be used or because the aerodynamic coefficients themselves were very small. On the other hand, it was noted that the data of the strut support interference obtained in the present experiment were inconsistent with those obtained by the panel method.資料番号: AA0028634009レポート番号: NAL SP-45
