適宜な圧力勾配下の乱流境界層の外層に対して渦列モデルを適用した。内層は定数が圧力勾配とともに変化する対数則に従うと仮定した。外層が内層よりもかなり早く減衰することは再層流化が外層から始まることを示唆している。内層は再層流化過程で重要な役割を果たしている。
The vortex row model is applied for the outer layer of a turbulent boundary layer under favorable pressure gradient. The inner layer is assumed to obey the logarithmic law whose constants vary with the pressure gradient. The outer layer decays much faster than the inner layer suggesting that the relaminarization starts from the outer layer. The inner layer plays important role in the relaminarization process.
