• Note (General): 4 Oct. 2000; 運航安全に係わる研究の一環として、航空ヒューマンファクタに関する研究を進めている。乗員がライン運航で実践する行動の基本となる行動指標、およびパフォーマンスを計測可能にする計測指標で構成するCRM(Crew Resource Management)スキル指標を構築した。また、飛行データをアニメーションの形として表示する日常運航再生ツールDRAP(Data Review and Analysis Program)を開発し、データ変換機能、アニメーション機能、風推定機能を作成した。飛行シミュレーション、飛行実験の事前評価および事故要因分析に適用可能な数値乗員モデル開発に関し、これまでに作成したコックピット内の操作手順および非通常時の操作模擬機能に加え、航空管制との交信模擬に関わる機能整備に着手した。地上・機上間コミュニケーション課題に関する研究として、これまでに運航シミュレーション実験装置REOS(Research Environment for Operational Simulation)へ管制通信パネルの付加と機上トラフィック・ディスプレイの試作評価などを実施してきた。さらに、次世代の運航方式の提案を目的とするプロジェクトとして展開する方針とした。; As one aspect of studies on navigation safety, human factors in aviation are being investigated. The CRM (Crew Resource Management) Skill Index was established, which was constructed from the index of fundamental behavior of crew members in executing commercial airline navigation, and with measuring indices that made it possible to measure human performance. Moreover, DRAP (Data Review and Analysis Program), a tool that simulates everyday navigation displaying the flight data with animation was developed. The program includes functions for data conversion to images, animation, and wind estimation. With regard to a numerical model for crew behavior that is applicable to flight simulation, to pre-assessment of a flight experiment, and to root cause analysis of accidents, construction of a simulation of communication with the aviation control tower has started, to be added to the already prepared simulations for operational procedures in the cockpit and operations in emergency cases. For studies on communication between ground and in-flight crew, addition of a communication panel to the REOS (Research Environment for Operational Simulation) apparatus for navigation simulation experiments, and the assessment of cockpit traffic display prototypes were carried out.
