Note (General): 耐熱性複合材料の力学特性の試験方法は、確立しているとは言い難いのが現状である。複合材料の力学的特性における弱点に、層間せん断強さが低いことがある。本特性試験方法を見直し、信頼性の向上を目指す評価試験を実施した。炭素繊維強化炭素複合材料について、ショート・ビーム試験片の3点曲げ法による層間せん断強さ試験、およびダブル・ノッチ試験片の圧縮法による層間せん断強さ試験を室温環境において行った。次に、炭化珪素繊維強化炭化珪素複合材料について、圧縮法による層間せん断強さ試験を行った。試験は、温度を23度C、800度Cおよび1,000度Cとした大気環境において行った。
This paper describes the results of the investigation and evaluation of an interlaminaminar shear of carbon/carbon composite materials (C/C materials) and silicon carbide/silicon carbide composite materials (SiC/SiC materials). Data were collected by two test methods: a three-point flexural shear test method using a short beam specimen, and a compression shear test method using a double-notched specimen. The compression shear tests for C/C materials were carried out with fixing test jigs under various conditions, and the interlaminar shear strength of SiC/SiC materials was evaluated at the three air temperatures of 23 C, 800 C and 1,000 C.
