シアセル法は液体拡散測定実験法の1つで、加熱冷却過程がないこと、凝固過程が測定に影響しないことが特徴である。しかしこの手法は試料の蒸発を防止する必要が有り、GaAsのような高蒸気圧液体の拡散係数の測定は困難である。本研究では、高蒸気圧物質の液体拡散測定用にシアセル法のシーリング技法を開発した。始めに...
