Note (General)
In the present paper, the Navier-Stokes code was used to compute the three-dimensional turbine stator flows. The computational results were compared with three experimental results about the linear cascade, the turbine bowed stator and the high-work turbine stator. The results show that the Navier-Stokes code has the significant potential to investigate the complicated viscous flow mechanism. In order to get more quantitative results, it is considered that the use of more rapid super-computer and the development of the turbulence model are needed.
