Note (General): 非粘性・圧縮性・定常な速度ポテンシャル方程式の数値計算法を解説する。これは二次元翼まわり,一様流マッハ数M∞＜1に対して差分法を適用するものであり,また境界層修正も行なう。そして計算例をもって,この計算プログラムの能力と限界を示す。一般のユーザーが容易にこのプログラムを利用できるように,汎用性を重視してプログラムを整備し,使用手引きを詳説した。二次元翼外部を円内部へ等角写像する手法,局所超音速流に対して上流側差分をとる手法(非保存形),人工粘性を陽に加える手法(準保存形),Jamesonの安全性解析などが計算法に取り入れられている。後縁はく離が弱い場合には,実験値と良く一致した計算結果を得ることができる。
