Note (General): FJR710ターボファンエンジン用高圧燃焼器として,これまで圧力噴射弁とスワーラを組合せた圧力噴霧型燃焼器の開発が行われて来た。燃焼器入口空気の状態は高圧・高温になると,この種の圧力噴霧型では,排気ガス中の煙および大気汚染成分の排出量の増加をきたす恐れがある。そのため,燃料の供給方法などについて新しい概念を導入する必要がある。本研究開発では,新しい燃料供給方法として,気流微粒化方式を採用した燃料霧化器を考案し,FJR710/20ターボファンエンジンに適用でき,かつ,燃焼性能の向上ならびに大気汚染成分の排出低減を充分達成し得る気流微粒化方式燃焼器(呼称KA01)の試作研究に主眼をおいた。今回の報告は,箱形燃焼器の常圧試験により,燃料霧化器の適用性,KA01ライナの基本形の選定およびその要素特性について調べた結果を示す。
