Note (General): 団体ロケットの信頼性向上のためには,推進薬の破壊基準を確立する必要がある。宇宙用に広く用いられる複合固体推進薬は,材料強度学的には「粒子充填ゴム系複合材料」と考えられ,大変形,粘弾(塑)性,複合材料特性を示す解析困難な材料であり,その破壊基準の確立のためには,特にその破壊過程の微細な研究が必要となる。ここでは,複合固体推進薬の破壊過程を広範囲な温度・歪速度条件下で微細に観測するために,小型引張試験機,恒温槽,光学顕微鏡を組合せた装置を試作した結果について報告する。
