航空宇宙技術研究所2m×2m遷音速風洞の第3カート上にフラッタ緊急停止装置が1993年度に設置された。この装置を用いた風洞試験の結果，全開時のマッハ数低下量については計画通りであるが，圧力変動を生ずることが分った。今回，この不具合を解消する改良をフラッタ停止板と開度について行い，良い結果が得られたの...
