Note (General): 高アスペクト比の超臨界翼の遷音速フラッタ特性を,衝撃波を考慮した遷音速非定常3次元空気力を用いた数値シミュレーションによって予測し,川崎重工によって行なわれた実験結果と比較した。ここで用いている数値シミュレーションの手法は,流れ場の支配方程式(完全ポテンシャル方程式)と翼の運動方程式を連立させて,時間の進行に従って解き,翼の弾性変形の時間依存の応答を直接的に求めるものである。また,流れ場の計算では,粘性効果を近似的に考慮するために,2次元乱流境界層補正の手法を導入し,衝撃波の位置や強さに対する補正を行なっている。今回の数値シミュレーションによって予測されたフラッタ限界値は,実験結果と良く一致した。特に,フラッタ限界値の落ち込み現象の発生するマッハ数やその時のフラッタ動圧は高精度で予測された。この他,本報告では,遷音速流れ中で振動しているこの高アスペクト比翼に作用する非定常空気力の振舞も検討されている。
Numerical simulation of transonic flutter of a wind tunnel flutter model of a high-aspect-ratio transport wing with supercritical airfoil sections has been performed by using the computer code USTF3 which solves the unsteady 3D full potential equation by a two-step semi-implicit time marching finite difference technique. In order to correct the mean steady-state location and strength of the shock wave, a 2D strip turbulent boundary layer technique has been incorporated into USTF3. The flutter boundary and frequencies predicted by the present numerical simulation show satisfactory agreement with those of the experiment. In particular, the flutter dynamic pressure and Mach number where the transonic dip was experienced in the experiment, are well predicted by USTF3. The behavior of the unsteady aerodynamic forces on this transport wing oscillating in pitch is also studied in detail.
