• Note (General): 水素分子中における低エネルギー電子(ε (asymptotically)less than 0.1eV)の回転非弾性・弾性衝突による熱電子化過程のモンテカルロ・シミュレーションを,振動非弾性衝突を考慮し,また,実験断面積を用いて高エネルギ亜励起電子(ε～1eV)へ拡張した。気体温度77 less than equal to T less than equal to 10(exp 3)K及び初期電子温度10(exp 3) less than equal to Te(0) less than equal to 3×10(exp 4)Kの初期マックスウェル,δ-関数,及びPlatzman分布について計算を行った。電子速度分布は振動・回転非弾性衝突により,初期マックスウェル分布の場合でも,局所マックスウェル分布(MD)から大きくずれる。そのため,電子温度Teの減衰はMDに対するそれより遅くなる。Te/T=1.1に対応する熱電子化時間τthは初期電子速度分布及び初期温度にあまり依存しない。τthはT(asymptotically)greater than 300Kにおいて回転非弾性衝突に支配され,MDに対するそれより70％程度大きい。低温T=77Kでは,τthは弾性衝突に支配され,MDに対するそれより160％程度大きい。T=300Kにおける値τthP (asymptotically)equal to 3.4μs Torr(453 μs Pa)はWarman and Sauerの実験値1.5μs Torrより約130％大きく,Tembe and MozumderのMD仮定を用いた理論値2.37μs Torrより約40％大きい。; The Monte Carlo simulation(MCS) of the thermalization of low-energy electrons (ε (asymptotically)less than 0.1eV) due to rotationally inelastic and elastic collisions in normal H2 [J. Chem. Phys. 79, 3367(1983)] is extended to high-energy subexcitation electrons (ε～1eV) by taking into account vibrationally inelastic collisions and using available experimental cross section data. The MCS is perfomed for the thermalization of subexcitation electrons with the initial Maxwell, δ-function, or Platzman velocity distribution at the initial electron temperature 10(exp 3) less than equal to Te(0) less than equal to 3×10(exp 4)K in normal H2 at the gas temperature 77 less than equal to T less than equal to 10(exp 3)K. The electron velocity distribution deviates significantly from the local Maxwell distribution (MD) even for the initial MD owing to vibrationally and rotationally inelastic collisions. Consequently, the degradation of the electron temperature Te is slower than that for the MD. The thermalization time τth when Te/T=1.1 is insensitive to the initial electron velocity distribution and temperature. τth is larger than that for the MD to the extent of 70％ at T (asymptotically)less than 300K, where τth is dominated by rotationally inelastic collisions, and 160％ at the low gas temperature T=77K, where τth is dominated by elastic collisions. The present nonequilibrium value of τth p～3.4 μs Torr (453 μs Pa) at T=300K, where p is the gas pressure, is about 130％ larger than the experimental value of 1.5 μs Torr obtained by Warman and Sauer using the assumption of the constant energy exchange rate coefficient and about 40％ larger than the theoretical value of 2.37 μs Torr obtained by Tembe and Mozumder using the approximate theory based on the MD assumption.; 資料番号: NALTR0815000; レポート番号: NAL TR-815T
