Note (General): 実働飛行荷重を受けた疲労破面からき裂進展曲線を推定するため,2種類のランダム荷重をうけた疲労破面について破面観察を行った。その結果,引張型破面上のストライエーションの中には比較的明瞭なものも観察されたので,これらのストライエーション間隔を1飛行回数当りのき裂進展量と仮定してき裂進展曲線を推定した。計算によるき裂進展曲線と実験で得られたき裂進展曲線を比較検討した結果,上記の仮定はほぼ妥当であるという結論を得た。
Estimation of crack growth rates from fractographic observations were made on fracture surfaces subjected to two kinds of random flight simulation loading. The crack growth curves were estimated under the assumption that the striation spacings correspond to the crack growth per flight. The assumption is concluded to be reasonable by the comparison of estimated and measured curves.
