Note (General): 航技研は、750kWアーク加熱風洞の熱防護系材料の試験条件に必要な、圧力と加熱率及び各種の重要な流れの特性の気流診断を進めている。その一環として750kWアーク加熱風洞のコニカルノズルで加速膨張された高エンタルピ流の圧力を、ピトー管及び静圧管によって計測することが必要となる。このため、本報告では、最初に高エンタルピ流での計測を可能とするピトー管および静圧管の検討と開発について、すなわち、ピトー管と静圧管の形状および圧力応答、校正について述べた上でアーク加熱風洞において気流中心軸方向および半径方向のピトー圧分布と、気流中心軸方向の静圧分布を計測した結果を示す。さらに、熱防御材の表面触媒性評価に資するため、静圧計測及びCFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) 解析を併用することにより、一様流条件を推定することを試み、合理的な流れ場同定を行うことができた。なお、圧力計測に使用したピトー管、静圧管、圧力計及び導管を含む圧力計測系は、NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)でトレーサビリテイーを確保した標準圧力計によって校正が行われている。
NAL has been promoting a diagonostic study of the 750kW arc-heated wind tunnel flow to characterize various important flow parameters, such as heat flux and pressure which are, necessary for determining materials test conditions. Results of pressure distribution measurements in high enthalpy air flows are presented. The pressure transducers used for pitot and static pressure measurements were calibrated against NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable standard transducer in real measurement configuration. Accurate pitot and static pressure distributions were obtained.
