Note (General): 観測ロケットS-310-45号機の実験計画および実験結果について報告する．本実験では，今後の観測ロケットの利用対象を拡大することを目的とし，ロケット搭載の慣性プラットフォームおよび分離式浮遊プローブの実証実験を実施した．これらの実験装置について，実験計画と製造および試験について，そしてフライトによって得られた実験結果について報告している．慣性プラットフォームは一部予定していた実験データを取得することができなかったが，慣性プラットフォームの機械構造を上空で動作させて基礎的なデータを取得することができ，装置についての原理検証および製造方針についての飛翔実証を実施することができた．一方プローブ実験においてはロケットから分離し，分離後の運動データを取得することができた．また，実験中の全休画像取得にも成功し，宇宙で動作している観測ロケットの広視界の鮮明な画像を取得できた．これらについて，計画段階，試験段階，そしれ実験結果についてをまとめて紹介している．
This report describes the plan and result of S-310-45 mission using ISAS/JAXA sounding rocket. The experiment was performed on 9th January 2020 as planned without any major problems. The purpose of this mission is to demonstrate the newly proposed onboard apparatus for the sounding rocket in order to enlarge the field of researchers who are thinking of using the sounding rocket for their purposes. The authors have been proposed two approaching ways: one is to use an inertial perform mechanism for its attitude stabilization, and the other is to detach necessary user-equipment from the rocket to get way from disturbance of mechanical and electro magnetic interference sourcing from the rocket body. Both onboard equipment successfully transmitted the data to show their onboard performance and to evaluate them.
