Note (General): 本報告書は、2020年1月20日から同年2月4日にかけてJAXA宇宙科学研究所あきるの実験施設において実施した「展開ノズル材耐熱試験本試験」の試験目的から得られた実験データまでをまとめたものである。本試験ではΦ250固体モーターを使用して、開口比約50～100の部分を展開ノズルを想定したチタン合金薄板製ノズルとし、1/27及び1/31の２回の燃焼試験を実施している。試験の結果、チタン合金薄板製ノズルには若干の残留変形等は見られるものの、燃焼中の破損等には至っておらず、展開ノズルの実現に向けた貴重なデータが得られた。
This paper reports the purpose, plan and result of ''the main combustion tests for material of deployable nozzle'' that was carried out from 2020/01/20 to 2020/02/04 at Akiruno Experiment Lab of ISAS/JAXA. In this test two simulated deployable nozzles made of titanium alloy sheets are used as extensions for opening ratio 50 to 100 with Φ250 solid motors and each motor was combusted on 1/27 and 1/31. As the result, the nozzles are not broken during combustion in spite of small residual plastic deformation and significant test data to develop the deployable nozzle are acquired.
