Note (General): ファスナの疲労損傷に影響する因子については、①ファスナ内部応力（駆動力）に影響するもの、②ファスナの疲労強度許容値（抵抗力）に影響するもの、③疲労破壊モードの3 つに大分類される。ファスナ内部応力には、ファスナ形状による応力集中、締結構造に基づく荷重パスの状態、締付け力の各因子があり、それらはさらに下位の因子（ファスナ形状等多くの設計パラメータ）により決定される。ファスナ疲労強度許容値には、許容値選定に係る因子、ノックダウンファクターに係る因子、構造様式の違いを補正する因子がある。疲労破壊モードには、高サイクル疲労／低サイクル疲労、熱疲労／クリープ、フレッティング疲労、応力腐食割れ／水素脆化割れがあり、それぞれのモードに原因となる因子がある。一般的なファスナ締結構造について条件、仕様を定めて検討モデルとし、パラメトリックスタディを実施した。検討モデルにおいて応力がクリティカルとなる場所は、ファスナ皿頭の首下部分であった。締付け力の観点でみると、ファスナのねじ面／座面の摩擦が大きいほど初期締付け力が低下した。締付け力が低下すると応力振幅が増加し、疲労損傷寿命は短くなった。すなわち疲労損傷寿命の確保には締付け力を十分に大きくしておくことが重要といえる。次に、荷重パスの観点でみると、被締結部材同士の接触摩擦が増加するとファスナ分担荷重が減少し、これにより疲労損傷寿命が長くなった。ただし実際には個体差が生じると考えられるので注意が必要である。摩擦接合のように意図的に部材同士の摩擦係数を上げることで、疲労損傷寿命を延ばす効果が得られることも期待できる。検討の詳細については、“YET21013「次世代航空機に向けたファスナ疲労損傷評価技術の構築」ファスナ疲労パラメータ検討成果報告書”に示す。
In this study, factors affecting fatigue damage of airframe fasteners were comprehensively identified, and the effect of important factors on the fatigue damage was investigated using the analytical model of the mechanical fastening joint in aircraft structures. Three points were clarified from the analyses. The critical stress concentrated point was the neck of the countersunk head of the fastener. Fatigue life was shortened when the tightening force of the fastener was insufficient due to seat friction or other reasons. Fatigue life was extended when the contact friction between the fastened parts increased.
