• Note (General): SUNRISE Chromospheric Infrared spectroPolarimeter（SCIP）は、大気球太陽観測実験SUNRISE III 搭載のために新たに設計された高精度近赤外線偏光分光装置である。SCIPには厳しい波面誤差要求があり、それを達成するためには観測条件下での温度やCFRP-アルミハニカムサンドイッチパネルの脱湿変形の影響を定量化して誤差配分を行う必要がある。今回採用した統合オプトメカニクス解析は、SCIPの構造数学モデルに機械的・熱的外乱を与え、得られた光学素子の剛体運動と形状変化を光学解析ソフトウェアに渡し、波面誤差を推定する手法で、光学性能に大きな影響を与える誤差要因を特定し設計への反映を可能とする。SCIPにおいては、初期解析で波面誤差の主要因となる光学素子の剛体運動を許容範囲内に収める必要があることが推定されたが、最終設計において低熱膨張係数の光学ベンチを採用することで±10℃の温度変化や飛翔期間中の脱湿においても波面誤差の要求を達成しうることを明らかにした。また、熱真空光学試験中にみられた結像位置の温度依存においても、本解析手法を現象の理解に活用し原因の一部を説明した。本報告では、統合オプトメカニカル解析の詳細に加え、波面誤差配分やオプトメカニクスの設計について報告する。; The SUNRISE Chromospheric Infrared spectroPolarimeter (SCIP) is a near-IR spectro-polarimeter instrument newly designed for the SUNRISE III balloon experiment. It is necessary to quantify the wavefront error factors due to environmental effects such as gravity and temperature variation under the observation conditions to achieve the strict requirements of the SCIP. An integrated opto-mechanical analysis was conducted by incorporating mechanical and thermal disturbances into a finite element model of the entire SCIP structure to determine the error factors having a significant influence on optical performance. We found that the main factor affecting wavefront degradation was the rigid body motions of the optical elements. Based on this result, we constructed the optical bench using a sandwich panel consisting of an aluminum-honeycomb core and carbon fiber reinforced plastic skins with a low coefficient of thermal expansion. We then confirmed that the new opto-mechanical model achieved the wavefront error requirement under ambient temperature change of +/−10 degrees and moisture desorption during an anticipated flight period of 7 days. This analysis method partially explained the temperature dependence of the image position which was observed in the thermal vacuum optical test.
