Note (General): 2021 年11 月9 日にJAXA 革新的衛星技術実証2 号機のCubeSat として打ち上げられたKOSEN-1 の衛星運用では，アマチュア無線に割り当てられている430 MHz 帯を利用しており，国内12 箇所のアマチュア無線帯用の高専地上局ネットワークを活用している．本稿では衛星運用で得られたデータに基づいて， 430 MHz 帯の受信信号強度分布や複数パケットで構成されるダウンリンクデータの復元率などについて報告する．特に，複数地上局を利用することで，ダウンリンクデータの復元率の向上や正味のダウンリンク時間を増加できることが確認できた．アマチュア無線帯を利用するCubeSat などでは，複数地上局を利用したネットワーク運用が効果的であることが示唆された．
The satellite operation of “KOSEN-1,” which was launched on November 9, 2021 as a CubeSat of JAXA's Innovative Satellite Technology Demonstoration-2 utilizes the 430 MHz amateur radio band. It is conducted in cooperation with 12 amateur radio band ground stations in Japan. This paper reports the distribution of the received signal strength of the 430 MHz band and the recovery rate of the downlink data about the satellite orbit based on data obtained during satellite operation. In particular, the use of multiple ground stations results in improved downlink data recovery rates and increased net downlink times is confirmed. Effectiveness of the network operation using multiple ground stations for CubeSats, which uses the amateur radio band, is suggested.
