- 出版タイプ: VoRA coaxially-staged lean-burn fuel injector for aero-engines was developed, which was equipped with anti-coking thermal management function. Solid/fluid conjugate heat transfer numerical simulations were performed to evaluate its thermal protection performance. It was shown that the injector of the current design satisfied our criterion, that is, the wet-wall temperatures of its fuel circuits were below 478K, except the regions close to its injection exits. Experiments were also conducted to evaluate the validity of the simulations. At the probe locations where the temperatures were measured, the results of them by the simulations and by the experiments were in good agreement, showing reliability of the simulations for the evaluation of injector performance. In this first report, the main contents are descriptions of numerical/experimental procedures and the results for the injector with one of successful designs in terms of thermal protection. The concept of thermal management design of the injector and its manufacturing process including additive manufacturing are also mentioned briefly.Physical characteristics: Original contains color illustrations形態: カラー図版ありレポート番号: JAXA-RM-24-008E
