Note (General): 近年、社会のあらゆる場面で情報システムが利用されている。これら情報システムには、国や学校などの組織が定める規則を仕様とするものがある。規則を仕様とする情報システムを利用するにあたって、システムが行った判断や行為について、利害関係者がいくつかのタイプの質問を持つことがある。本研究では、利用者からの質問のうち、「この行為はなぜ義務とされているのか」という質問に対し、情報システムが答える、といった環境を作ることを目標とする。ゴール指向要求分析、及び、法理論の考え方を利用して、規則の制定目的と規則との対応情報を管理するデータベースを設計する。また、JAISTの履修規則の設計例を示す。
