酸化インジウムスズ(ＩＴＯ)陽極と有機層の界面に挿入した酸化モリブデン層の厚みを変化させたときのホールオンリー素子の電流密度-電圧特性を評価した。その結果、最適な厚みの酸化モリブデン層を用いることで、ＩＴＯと有機層の界面のホール注入障壁の影響が低減されオーミック接合が形成されることを見出した。オーミ...
