Note (General): 株式市場における取引停止措置の分析から，経路依存性と人々の価値意識が制度形成に寄与していることを示し，制度設計においてもこれらの要因が非常に重要であり，これらがミクロ・メゾ・マクロの3者による相互作用によって変化し続けていることを示した．そして，経済主体と取引所も動的な相互規定関係を形成しており，経済主体と取引所が相互の判断に影響を与えるというループを形成することで制度に関する知識を生み出していることを見出した． : I indicated that path dependency and value consciousness contribute to the formation of market institutions by analyzing a transition and effect of trading halt in stock markets. These factors are significant for institutional design in the market. I also claim that institutions are present in meso between micro and macro, and these factors continue to change the market structure by the micro-meso-macro interactions. Further, I showed that dynamic relationship is formed between economic actor and exchange, which outputs knowledge about market rules.
