Note (General): 医療サービスには，疾病や傷害を低減するという医学的な価値だけでなく，患者生活の質の向上や満足といった価値がある．本研究は，医療者の間だけでなく医療者と患者がこれらの価値を総合して議論することを支援する手段として，医療サービスのモデリング手法を構成した．モデリングでは医療サービスによって低減・解消される問題と，副作用的に新たに生じる問題を俯瞰できるようにすることで，専門性を越えた問題の検討とそれをふまえた医療サービスの設計を支援した． : Medical care services have value such as the improvement of the quality of the patient life and the satisfaction as well as the medical value to reduce a disease and an injury. We composed modelling methods of a medical care service by this research. This modelling methods can overlook the problem reduced by a medical care service and its side effect. This modelling method supports medical staff members and patients to communicate with problems in medical services.
