Note (General): 人は実践を通して自己や人格を確立しながら職務に熟達していく。そのような熟達の基盤となっている探求、学習及び暗黙の組織内の意思決定基準の再生産のプロセスについて精査した。そして自己や人格の確立と職務の熟達は、人が実践のなかでの相互作用のもと、組織に無意識に職務に内在化するプロセスであることを明らかにし、そのような能力は本研究で提案したシステム方法論の適用に沿って意識的、無意識的に育むことができることを明確にした。：People dwell in to their jobs while cultivating their identities and personalities. Reproduction of tacit norms/standards of decision makings in organizations, inquiry and learning processes in practice are carefully examined in this research. Consequently, establishment of both identities and personalities of organization members, and mastery of their jobs are equivalent to conscious and unconscious internalization processes to their jobs along their interactions with others and environments in practice. Finally, such capabilities can be cultivated consciously and unconsciously by repeating the systems methodology proposed in this research.
