Note (General): デザイン思考を導入したグループワークによる教育方法が大学等で普及するなか、グループワークの評価をどのように行うべきかが課題となっている。本研究はグループワークが成果物や参加者によるアンケートでの評価される例が多いことに対し、プロセスを評価することの重要性を提起した。グループワークの前提となる、個人の創造的活動に対する評価方法においても成果物評価かプロセス評価かの議論が分かれているが、本研究は創造性をmini-c段階も含む個人の行動変容としてとらえ、分析の結果プロセス評価を重視すべきという根拠を示した。それに基づきデザイン力を鍛える創造的グループワークにおけるプロセス評価の手法を構築し試行した。研究成果の学術的意義や社会的意義：グループワークは教育や仕事の様々な場面で行われる、人間の創造性を発揮させる重要な活動である。特にデザイン思考による創造的な問題解決能力は、高度人材育成に求められている。しかし、グループワークをどう評価すべきかという問題について意見が分かれている。一般的に、グループワークは成果物に対する他者評価が導入されるケースが多いが、創造性研究においては成果物評価の限界や悪影響が指摘されている。本研究は、まず、個人の創造性について、プロセスを重視し評価する方法を策定した。それに基づき、やる気の芽生え段階も含む個人の行動変容を引き起こすグループワークを、より創造的な活動と位置づけ、プロセス評価を用い試行した。： Recently, education methods by group work adopting "design thinking" are widespread in graduate school. However, it is augumented issue how to evaluate group work. This research raised the importance of process evaluation against the fact that group work evaluation has been often performed by product evaluation and questionnaire evaluation by participants. Indeed, in the evaluation method for individual creative activity, which is the premise of group work, there is a debate about whether product evaluation or process evaluation is divided. In this research, creativity is regarded as behavior change of an individual, and analysis results clarified the basis for emphasizing process evaluation. Based on that, we built and tested the method of process evaluation in creative group work to train the design ability.
