研究成果の概要（和文）：　本研究の目的は、女性教員の就業継続とキャリア形成における出産・子育ての影響を明らかにし、今後の具体的な取り組み課題を示すことである。分析の結果、出産・子育て経験を教員としての力量形成に役立つと認識している教員が多い一方、子育て期間の長期化により力量形成機会阻害感が高まることが確認された。また、教員の力量形成には日常の職務遂行の蓄積がもっとも役立つと感じている者が多いことも示された。女性教員のキャリア形成の課題とし中堅教員として教職専門性を高める時期に教員としての力量形成がはかれるようサポート体制を構築していく必要を指摘した。研究成果の概要（英文）：This paper attempted to clarify the impact of childbirth and child-rearingon the female teachers’ career development based on the results of a questionnaire survey administered to 232 female school teachers , with the aim of proposing supports for continuous employment and career development. The comparison of mean values for each impact score revealed higher mean values for promotion factors than for impediments, indicating that a high percentage of female teachers with childbirth/child-rearing experienced regard its impact on their teaching duties as positive. Moreover, the comparison of impact score by length of child-rearing experience indicated that female teachers with more experience were more likely to believe that child-rearing was an impediment to career development.
