研究成果の概要（和文）：　18-19世紀の予約購読出版詩集に着目した若手研究(B)と二つの基盤研究（C）（2007-2010年、2011-13年）を基盤に、英国の予約購読出版詩集のアメリカでの受容を、大西洋横断の文学研究手法を援用して行った。初年から３年目までは、毎年約２名－５名の詩人の定期刊行物書評を研究した。その結果、書評の転用、論調の変遷、一世代後の再評価等が明らかにできた。４年目は予約購読出版を利用した会員制有料読書施設という読者網のアンプ的環境まで研究を進め、定期刊行物と連動して文学思潮の国際的伝播に貢献したその役割の重要性を明らかにした。研究成果の概要（英文）： It is a research developed from Grant-in-Aid for Young Scientist(B type)and Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C type, 2007-10 and 2011-13). The main issue of theproject was reception of 18th and 19th century British poets, who used subscription, in America.The research was done by comparing contemporary periodical reviews in Britain and America, usingTransatlantic literary theory. Each year, about two to five British poets were chosen and thereviews on American periodicals were analyzed. Diversions of reviews from British ones, transitionof tones of reviews, and reevaluation of poems/poets after a generation were revealed. In the finalyear, the research shed light on the relationship between periodicals, subscription editions andsubscription libraries, which played　important roles as amplifiers to expand international networksof readers in various　communities.
