研究成果の概要（和文）：これまでの公共ホールは貸館としての機能を強く有していたが，現在では住民と協働で公共ホールをつくり，運営管理をすることで，鑑賞者として得られる感覚とは異なる新しい価値が生まれている．そこで，住民参画で運営している公共ホール周辺市民を対象に，アンケートを実施した結果，参画の満足度と機会の頻度は芸術文化に対する普及と継承，地域活動に対する意欲と居場所の形成に肯定的な影響を与えた．次に，住民参画で運営している施設利用者にアンケート調査を実施した結果，心地よい拠点施設の利用が地域の愛着を醸成し，イベント利用型の人は地域交流を強めると，公共空間利用を高める効果が確認された．研究成果の概要（英文）：Previous public halls had a strong function as a rental hall. Today, new value is born by a management of public hall in cooperation with residents. Therefore, questionnaires for citizens around the public hall which are operated by residents' involvement were conducted. As results, participation satisfaction and frequency of opportunities positively influenced "popularization of arts and culture", "willingness to community activities", "formation of whereabouts". Next, questionnaires survey on users in public hall which are operated by residents' involvement were conducted. As results, the use of pleasant base facilities brought about the attachment of the area, people of the event use type strengthened regional exchange, raised the use of public space.
