研究成果の概要（和文）：伝導電子を二次元空間に閉じ込める三次元セル構造をもつ熱電材料を作製するため，二つのルートで実験を行った．一つは高エネルギーボールミル装置を用いて Si と Al2O3 をミリングした後焼結する方法，もう一つは予め Al ナノ粒子を酸化し boehmite のナノファイバーを合成し，ボールミル装置を用いて Si と混合した後，焼結する方法である．これらの実験で得られた試料を観察した結果，いずれの方法で得られた試料についてもSi-Al2O3 ナノ複合組織を確認した．また，Mg2Si中にSiの析出の場合，歪が存在すれば板状に進行することがフェーズフィールドシミュレーションにより明らかとなった．研究成果の概要（英文）：We performed two types of experiments to prepare thermoelectric material with 3 dimensional cellular structure where conductive electrons are confined in a 2 dimensional space. One route is to sinter the powder sample prepared by high-energy ball milling Si-Al2O3 mixture. Another one is to sinter the powder sample prepared by mixing boehmite nanofiber prepared by oxidization of aluminum nanoparticles and silicon. As results, Si-Al2O3 nanocomposite structure was observed in both samples. In case of solid state precipitation of Si in Mg2Si, precipitates were found to take plate shapes under eigen strain.
